Pros

The workplace environment was very uplifting. Coworkers kept things light while still remaining focused on the work, creating a positive workplace environment. Also, there were opportunities for growth at an entry-level position that felt attainable, if one had enough time to invest into the company.

Cons

Both a positive and negative, the progression "up the ladder" happens at staggered intervals. On a positive side, the owner was very encouraging and happy to reward hardwork very early into my employment, though as the months went on the financial gain plateaud pretty fast (though not the attitude or encouragment, to their credit).

Pros

Team members were generally friendly • Opportunity to learn a new sales process and industry • Role has potential if training and structure were improved

Cons

support • Expectations were not clearly communicated, especially for a new hire • Feedback was limited, yet performance standards were high early on • Job security was communicated on a day-to-day basis, with management indicating that continuation of employment would be decided each evening. This created an unstable and high-pressure environment, particularly during the first week, when new hires are still learning foundational concepts. Rather than fostering growth, this approach led to unnecessary stress and made it difficult to focus on developing the skills needed for the role. • Significant expectations to complete work outside of normal hours (including practice and “homework”) without clear structure, feedback, or confirmation of accuracy. This made it difficult to know whether time invested outside of work was being spent effectively. • Administrative processes were inefficient (e.g., being asked to return in person to drop off paperwork after separation)
