No benefits for PT. No office space for PT. No job security. You are expected to do all the work of a Full Time professor but not paid for any of the time. I worked an average of 25 hours a week & was paid for 8. Any student w/ a grudge can get you in trouble. Very little support from admin - even when you have proof to back you up, they take the student's side b/c of the $. No real chance of getting Full Time. They almost always hire from outside the college.
