Cons
Over time, communication from leadership became inconsistent, and response times to urgent property needs were often delayed. The support structures weakened over the last year for onsite teams. Promises were made through new programs, and they did not match the follow-through. Being let go without explanation, despite consistent positive feedback and no disciplinary history which was surprising and disappointing.
