      Autonomy in your role and an ability to significantly impact company growth and strategy Good atmosphere where everyone gets along and has a laugh Excellent opportunities for advancement Learning and development opportunities available to help you advance in your role Senior management who are open to new ideas and perspectives

      Cons

      Hyper growth can mean a lot of work to be done at times, but I know that the company is hiring in all areas to help accommodate increased workload.

      Pros

      A truly collaborative environment where all ideas are welcomed. So much support and everyone helps without the need for self recognition or get something in return. I've worked at a number of the big names in tech all with great cultures but Brightflag tops for company culture. Great benefits & perks, lots of fun even in a remote environment. Huge company growth in 2021 and 2022 set to be even better.
