Pros

This is a fantastic company, everyone is very dedicated and excited to work for this company. The pay is good, the benefits are great and they care about our input. I have never worked for a company that supports and listens to everyone. The rules are fair.

Cons

Parking is far to walk. We share a space with Jabil and most Jabil employees are rude.

Pros

Some good people but whats the point, vision is good but very poor execution.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked at. They have a policy to cycle their employees every 8 months. Either people will leave or they get fired if you dont abide by praising the company or if you point out gaps within the org. This is a very chaotic startup, they clearly don't know where they are headed, higher ups are impulsive with respect to projects and employees. There is nothing Bright about these Machines, pivots every 3 months, the VC looking to double down on technology which they clearly cannot manage or scale. They will over-hire just to get more funding. Do not join this company unless you are out of school and want to really learn how corporates work. The company should actually be called Fright Machines, some teams are directionless, there are toxic people who would walk on your toes and throw you under the bus as soon as you are a threat to them. This is one of the worst startups in the Bay area even tough their PR is very good. Atleast 20 people have quit in the last 3 months that shows where this company is headed.
