Excellent health benefits for little to no out of pocket cost. Additional benefits include a home office stipend, a monthly lunch budget, and fully funded company trips for work and pleasure. Remote and hybrid work is available and encouraged. Leadership is sensible and positive. Work environment is supportive and encouraging. Set goals are manageable and within reason. Collaborative work with international offices ensures diverse cultural exposure. They tend to hire people who are friendly and personable, and bring a positive energy to the workplace. The environment feels very mentally and emotionally safe.

Starting pay is a bit low but the ladder to a promotion and raise seems accessible and they are eager for their employees to do well. Collaborative work with international offices can create some minor communication issues across language barriers, but everyone has patience while working a translation out. In-office work options are currently only available in New York and Seattle (in the US) and only twice a week, but the offices are bright and clean and a pleasure to be in.
