Good pay (still not worth it), apart from the pay there are no benefits. They will say tea and coffee are benefits - ha!
Cons
The manager has no idea how to run a company. Staff turnover is ridiculously high but they will deny it. They often fire people with no valid reason. They have no trust in any employees, all of your work will be checked and triple checked. Internal emails are rude and condescending. Employees are often burnt out and pushed to point of tears. The systems set in place are convoluted and waste time. They don’t like employees talking, which means you never get to know your colleagues. They will watch you on cameras and use this against you. Honestly, just stay away from here for your own sanity.

The manager is just not prepared to manage people, micro management is strong in this company, it burns people out fast, also most of the staff choose not to have lunch, they are extremely overwhelmed. If you have other job options go for them instead.

Our team averages five years of tenure, with some staff staying nearly 20 years. In the past year, two administrators who took time off to travel have returned, reflecting the positive environment we strive to create.
Staff are supported to take lunch breaks, with contracts allowing 20–60 minutes to suit individual needs, and our time-keeping system ensures everyone gets a break. Our kitchen is fully equipped, with unlimited refreshments and regular food treats for all to enjoy.
Overtime is optional and paid, and contracts are flexible and agreed individually. Holiday allowances are above statutory minimums, with an additional option of 10 days of unpaid leave. Bonuses are often provided, either as monetary rewards or additional paid days off.
