Pros

Each month they have an All Hands Call and Happy Hour at each office and monthly contests for team morale. They also provide healthy snacks

Cons

Their moto is "Do What You Say You Will Do", and they don't. They expect their sales reps to go out and sell a fiber network, they don't have. I was brought in to sell their fiber services in 2019 and shown a map with a timeframe of where their fiber would be and when the areas were to be installed. Over a year later and their fiber is still not turned up. I'm not sure how they expect to sales reps to sell something we don't have. Then the sales reps are getting fired or quitting because they can't produce sales. They have no loyalty to the ones who are trying to sell .

This company has nothing left.

Cons

The past C-Suite leadership gutted this place and ran up a billion or so in debt. Executive management either quit or went along for the ride. Employees were robbed of their equity while the President, CEO, and CFO were all paid off upon exit. After their exit a new CEO was brought in and Everstream is now being sold by way of private equity to a company a third of its size. Currently they are doing whatever they can to strip the remaining identity of what was once a very good place to work. Advancement is zero. Management is once again being over saturated. The flexibility is being taken away. New management is proving to be micromanagement experts. This place is hemorrhaging good people at a pretty alarming rate. Steer clear.
