The people are awesome. I got promoted pretty quickly. I loved the fun environment, games music and travel opp.

No cons. The leadership skills I learned helped me find my current position as a sports marketing specialist.

Absolutely nothing is a pro at that place

You will not get a hourly paycheck and the money you make is based ONLY on internet sales. Not based on tv sales which is ridiculous. Its a door to door business so if you dont like that...this is surely not the place. The owner is more worried about going drinking with his co workers twice a week on tuesdays and thursday which is a little inappropriate. The "meetings" last for 2 minutes and only focus on the people who made the most sales. Oh AND u have to drive hours away and not reimersed for gas. In the beginning Rob explains it in a way it sounds like you could make a lot of money. One girl was working 70 hours a week for a $100. they will hire anyone from 18 years old with no experience in anything to hiring someone with a masters...doing the same exact job. DO NOT WORK HERE!!! You will loose more money than you make. You will also feel embarassed when you get kicked out of a store for soliciting. Happens majority of the day.
