Work from home and flexibility is key aspect for role, as company understands the need for flexibility - especially with kids - as long as you delivery on the job targets. Great independence with the support structure in place to get help and guidance when required. Working with a wide range of experts in the BioPharma industry to help advance the field and get drugs & therapies to patients quicker and cheaper. All members want to collaborate and get the most from the activity - with no egos. Good pay
Cons
May be viewed as a pro or a con (also listed as pro above) - remote working, as this may not suit all, as some may feel lonely. Also, can be hard to turn off from work by not 'leaving the office'. However this is more of the style of job rather than the company. Benefits are currently not that great but company is looking to improve these and communicating this to employees.
