Pros
You never have to ask to be treated badly by the management. Saved a lot of time.
Cons
They do not care about their staff, they will happily use people to get what they want and then discard them once they smell profit. No employee has a set job description, you are paid nothing and expected to do everything. They are very happy to exploit.

Cons
Like many fast-paced environments, workloads can get heavy at times, but strong teamwork helps manage it.
