-some people are trying to improve working conditions, but their efforts are being hampered

-The company appears to be tolerating rumors, and it seems that HR is actively perpetuating them -very negative and harmful environment -There are no boundaries or established working ethics in place ,expect to be asked intimate question -The level of bullying there is unbearable,Everyone is feeling choked and considering their time there as a transitional period until they find a better job. -There is no respect for human dignity If this company were located in the West, it would likely be facing numerous lawsuits one after another. -I can't even count how many developers I've seen crying there
