Good product, some of the people within the business are great, perceived opportunities, beer fridge and the chance to travel to trade shows.
Cons
Upper management that can't manage or don't know how to effectively lead, Old boys club, Structure changes daily, Fly by the seat of their pants attitude, Harassment of staff even if they are doing their job properly, Many empty words said to staff regarding new opportunities that never were fulfilled and micro - micro - micro management of each sales person. New upper management from the USA was not as good as the old one. The cons of this once great company certainly outweigh any pros if you are looking for a job. I would only apply again if I wanted free lunches from time to time and beer fridge for reaching sales targets.
