Many employees have left/are considering leaving due to the poor quality of mid-level managers. A lot of managers do not have training and refuse to engage with training provided by the company, resulting in unsupported employees and bias in promotions, to the point that employees have left the company as their managers refuse to help develop employees and/or put them forward for promotions
