Decent company, many challenges - Manufacturing Technician Baxter Employee Review

Overworked. Underpaid. Management doesn't care about you. Promotes wrong people. To get promoted prepare to not have a life and stay 5 hours late everyday while brown nosing upper management. Understaffed severely. Takes forever to move up and interview for new positions. Culture not the best. Company is ALL about number of bags and how much money they can make regardless of what they try to tell you. Does not spend the money on facilities nor do they pay people for the job they actually do.
