      Benefits are ok for full-time

      Cons

      Management is horrible very toxic and inconsistent, they keep their temps for months always with the promise they will be hired in No HR in building a lot of turn over. No work/life balance.

      Short lead times to work on complex projects. Lack of procedures or standard works. Extended periods outside on hot or cold places to gather the data required for any new project.
