This review is, like all criticism, difficult to read. We want everyone's experience here to be an excellent one. We will listen to all of these inputs - both pro and con - and make the corrections necessary to make this an even better place to work! It is unfortunate that this reviewer decided to make a personal attack on a newly hired sales manager. Of course, this sales manager was 'new to the industry.' But he wasn't new to sales management. Nor was he new to helping sales people on a daily basis. So, we have yet another irony of a former team member criticizing someone so intensely - without looking at their own sales performance first. Proudly, at the referenced sales manager's one-year anniversary, he is recognizing great success! He has elevated our team members to new performance levels, helped our company achieve nationally-recognized sales contracts, and has maintained our 'customer first' approach. Our company serves the medical community that serves our families! It's great to have a sales manager who recognizes service above self! We have served the Pacific Northwest proudly for 40 years. 20 Year employee, not just a job, it's a career! Teamwork and Collaboration is a plus. Everyone has a voice.

Cons

Being in SW WA / Oregon, I miss out on being at BPI in person for activities and meeting.

Pros

The people are great, teamwork and commitment to not only each other but to the customer. The Op Mgr. is excellent and really cares about the team, the department leads are great, the sales team can be a bit hard but they work hard to keep money flowing.

Cons

The owner CEO is horrible. Yelling at people in a group setting is not management it’s wrong. Blaming others for his mistakes and not taking accountability. Micromanaging everyone by making suggestions or recommendations is just his way of telling everyone what he wants you to do. Integrity? He has none. You never know what person will show up, the good CEO or the horrible CEO. Don’t work here, find a better place that will appreciate you and treat you fair with respect.
