The BOOST management team is very customer focused but never forget that their greatest asset is their consultants. They expect you to work hard for your client but are equally committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience and are able to learn and grow professionally.

Our team is truly our greatest asset. We appreciate all that you do in your service to support our clients.
Poor leadership with very little respect for staff. Boost does not embody their own core values. Also very long work hours and you are punished for saying no to routinely working weekends or taking time off for family.
