Monday to Friday schedule, family environment, great pay rate, and easy work. The more efficient you are at your job, the easier time you'll have.
Cons
Long hours due to delivery schedules, older trucks, and last minute delivery updates. While these are the cons I picked, they aren't nearly as bad as most make it sound. I've throughly enjoyed my time here and it's the best local job I've found thus far.
Freedom to be creative in work as long as you meet OSHA requirements. Flexible hours and the option for lateral moves to other warehouses.
Cons
Low employee retention. Pay is a bit below industry average. Not much room for advancement. Often can't leave for lunch bc they bring in temps for projects and unless someone is there to cover, you can't leave the temps in the warehouse unless the manager for another account can cover you.
