      Such a good company, great team , The best managers. Juan and Scott are incredible people and really believe in you.

      Cons

      Cant think of anything was a good opportunity. I would go back to Bds if another opportunity came to me.

      - work from home flexibility

      Cons

      - Company culture, it was great initially. You could tell the leadership team really cared about their employees and sadly once leadership changed, things were never the same - minimal opportunities for growth in management roles - Pay is lower than competitors in the same field - Commission requirements were never clear and always changing making it difficult to attain
