- Company culture, it was great initially. You could tell the leadership team really cared about their employees and sadly once leadership changed, things were never the same
- minimal opportunities for growth in management roles
- Pay is lower than competitors in the same field
- Commission requirements were never clear and always changing making it difficult to attain
