Management rather hire their friends than those most qualified (nepotism). Will create retroactive KPIs to have their sales staff access commissions already achieved (Contracts state "at the discretion of company" to avoid paying comms). I saw 4 staff lose over $250k in comms (hence the mass exodus). Lies from local management around company's future. Stock price on a steady decline. Sackings internationally to hide the fact they are losing. Management have zero industry connections and even less useful experience. Lies about competition and Azerion's position in market (They are not #1). Management care more about making people "feel heard" rather than actually listening. Echo chamber of idiocy. Avoid at all costs.
