The owner is cheap and rude. Won’t let hourly employees clock in and out Doesn’t pay non salaried employees for billing time of patients Often late providing gloves, moisturizer, gauze, and basic needs of therapist, even with weeks notice of shortage of items. More concerned about money and profit than patient care Has a high turnover rate amongst employees, including therapist and front desk staff. Can be very condescending and crew to his employees.
