Avanade has lost its way - Group Manager Avanade Employee Review

Accenture as parent company has too much control over Avanade. Over the last 18 months, Avanade has slashed their internal workforce with a "Future Ready" talent strategy, replacing almost all roles in corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT) with offshore resources (India, Argentina, Spain). In the consulting workforce, many of the most senior individuals have left, leaving a big gap in leadership coaching/mentoring. Those that stayed continue to work crazy hours with little to no time for professional development/training.
