Pros

Unlimited hot drinks, some supportive colleagues in service, sales guys were always a good laugh and receptionists were friendly

Cons

Being an apprentice is one thing, being spoken down to constantly by almost everyone, given the exact same job to do day in, day out and slated harshly for any slight mistakes, working for next to nothing while being treated awfully is something else. If you're looking for an apprenticeship, look elsewhere. Management needs new faces, staff turnover was and still is through the roof

Pros

Everything about Audi was a pro, the people, my boss, the entire management team, flexibility, the pay, the perks, company vehicle and incentives!

Cons

The major lay off and not knowing how essential our jobs were to the field and how the stores needed us in order to sell product and for product to look visually appealing to the consumer!
