Pros
This is a company with a strong mission and a very positive culture. I worked with many people who fostered teamwork, respect, and professional growth. I observed solid leadership and a genuine effort to create a supportive workplace environment. Unfortunately, my experience working in the Information Technology department wasn’t as positive.
Cons
I was hired during a period of internal leadership misalignment within the IT organization. Ongoing disagreements between leadership stakeholders created shifting priorities and unclear expectations, which ultimately impacted my role with the company.
