Pay was great and the company overall was great to work with.

Door to door and you don’t get as much guarantee commish only

I am the employee who has been in Operations at AKE longer than anyone else and have seen this company grow from a small start up into a great company. I would say I have a very different personality than the owners of AKE but with that being said I have never worked for a more generous group of guys in the four years of I have worked in Solar. AKE and its owners care about their employees and their customers more than any other solar company I have worked at. They worked great with my school schedule and offered me competitive pay and flexible hours through out my time being a full time student. I am leaving Atlantic Key Energy in order to stay in Utah and live close to my family, but in doing so I feel like a part of me is being left behind with them. I have made many great friends here and I hope to keep those friendships for the rest of my life. If you are lucky enough to score a job working for AKE you will not be disappointed.

The only con I have is that I can't continue to work for Atlantic Key Energy without relocating to Florida from Utah now that I am finished with school. However, if you already live in Florida or don't mind relocating this should be a great company for you.
