Pros
The best part is you can hardly work for 3/4 hours a day. Everyone is enjoying the mobile/gossip. QA department looks like the vegetable market
Cons
- Everyone is playing politics. - No better infrastructure, even the chairs are 10 years old - everyone is getting back pain but this doesn't matter to the company. - No proper ACs, you need to use fans like government offices. - They have no work so no idea about the time this company should survive. - Very bad attitude of managers.
