Pros

As a freshman in college, I didn’t really know what consulting was before interning at RTEMIS, but I ended up really liking it! The work is super interesting, and I learned so much about solving complex problems and working with clients. The team was really supportive and made sure I understood what was going on, which helped a lot since I was so new to the industry. However, I struggled with the remote work setup. It was hard to connect with my team and get the hands-on experience I was hoping for. I feel like I would’ve learned even more if I had been able to work in person and interact face-to-face with my colleagues Great learning experience, especially for someone new to consulting Interesting, challenging work that pushed me to think critically Very supportive team that helped me adjust Exposure to real clients and projects even as an intern

Cons

Remote work made it hard to feel fully connected to the team Harder to ask questions or get quick feedback online compared to being in the office Missed out on some in-person networking and collaboration opportunities

Pros

Excellent Advancement Opportunities: Artemis is focuesed on career development. The firm is genuinely invested in helping employees reach their full potential. With clear paths for advancement, mentorship programs, and regular review, it’s evident that leadership prioritizes internal growth. Supportive and Collaborative Culture: The work environment here is incredibly supportive. The team culture is collaborative, with everyone willing to lend a hand and share their expertise. It’s refreshing to work in a place where there's a focus on team instead of individuals. When team members aren't performing and / or they are impacting the team, they are managed out. Challenging and Rewarding Work: The projects are challenging and as interesting as what you'd get at the big firms. Artemis has a diverse client base, which means you get to work on a variety of interesting problems and strategies Strong Leadership: The CEO cares so much. When times are tough she rolls up her sleeves, builds slides, leads meetings and still stays positive. She will also make the tough decisions.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: The high pace of work may not be for everyone. It’s a challenging environment, and sometimes the pressure can be intense. However, for those who thrive in a dynamic setting, this is more of a pro than a con. And if you like to learn, you'll constantly be learning. Occasional Long Hours: Like many consulting firms, long hours can be part of the job, especially when the client is crunched. However, the firm does make efforts to balance this out with supportive practices and minimizing firm work.
