Management in other country, disorganized and last minute decision making. Very poor
communication among everyone in the company. For example, the engineers and head of technical support believe in doing the same thing over and over will come out different.
Most of the colleagues were high-skilled and pleasant to work with
The domain is pretty interesting and the product of the company is one of the best in it's industry
