Pros
Lots of resources to learn from. People are super helpful and go out of their way to ensure you understand how different things fit together. In my case, I was a software automation engineer and had lots of one on one help from senior engineers explaining how different tools and programs work together. There was never an instance where I was stuck or lost and no one was able to help me. Work is challenging, but rewarding.
Work life balance is great as well. There was no micromanagement and as long as I got the work done, my superiors were fine with it.
