They overwork you with little pay, Management is mostly older folks and have an old way of thinking, There are so many things that can be improved but no one takes initiative to start the movement, Higher ups take credit for work being done. Meetings are repetitive and nothing changes from 1 meeting to the next, They have a team in India that "helps" but it's really because they are too cheap to hire more people in house.
