Pros

On-Time Salary: One of the few positives is that Ares pays salaries on time, Can be convenient for those who prefer flexibility in their work setup.

Cons

Late Work and Poor Planning: Projects are often delayed due to a lack of clear direction and poor planning. You’re frequently left to figure things out on your own, which adds unnecessary stress. Toxic Work Environment: The high-stress atmosphere at Ares is overwhelming. The constant pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines and the lack of support from management make it a toxic place to work. Unreasonable Work Hours: Despite offering WFH, Ares expects you to work long hours, often demanding last-minute overtime without any compensation or comp-offs. Bad Management: The management is disorganized and unapproachable. The director, in particular, has a condescending and unhelpful attitude, making it difficult to address concerns or seek guidance. No Support for Mental Health: The stress and pressure have a significant impact on mental health, and there’s no support system in place to help employees cope. No Allowances for Extra Time: Employees are expected to put in extra hours without any additional compensation or allowances, which is both unfair and demoralizing.
