Stable company, mature developers, great management

No cons at all during my employment phase

- mature, skilled team - great management - flexible working hours - good salary in comparison to job requirements - high yearly raises in the beginning of the career (even 50%)

- family of frontend products for single customer, with no variation of domain problems can get boring quickly - pressure from business can shift requirements quickly - it's difficult to switch projects/teams - established projects and team structure means it's difficult to get promoted to a higher position (people are usually hired to those positions) - large projects with steep learning curve can be discouraging for less experienced developers - low specs of provided company laptops
