Good brand name on resume, Loads of projects, one of the few arch firms that pay enough, you can develop your single-handed working skills(if any) OR just progress in developing fake screen gazing & late sitting skills. Bad sub-leadership in select groups(landed in the wrong one and learned the hard way), very enthusiastic & genuine Boss at the top, but same cannot be said down the line. Good set of 'away from home' can live in office set of draughtsmen. Some hard-working,some not so.
