Over the past several months, Aquant has gone through a major transformation as we shifted our focus toward our new agentic platform and voice AI capabilities. This transition required significant organizational changes, and we know those changes have had a real impact on people. We also know that periods of transformation can naturally create uncertainty. Our priority has been, and continues to be, positioning the company for long-term stability, innovation, and growth. We are now seeing the results of that work, and we’re proud of the progress the team has made.
You mentioned leadership presence and personal commitments. It’s true that, like anyone else, our leaders are human, and major life events happen alongside the work we do. For example, one of our founders recently got married (and we’re happy for him)! And while we truly believe in work-life balance for everyone at Aquant, including our leadership team, we appreciate the reminder that, even during personal milestones, we must continue to show up with clarity and visibility for our teams. Thank you for calling out that blind spot.
