      Pros

      Food is awesome and free , trips with coworkers to exotic places

      Cons

      Senior members tend to prefer there next to kin for promotions. No innovative. No extra payment for overtimes. Long long working hours under pressure . forced working. Hard to get leaves. Senior members are not well behaved. No appreciation for innovation .

      TOOO high salary (CTC + incentives) that no other company can match and the employee gets addicted to that and couldn't change to a different company leaving high salary

      Cons

      Too much politics, no corporate structure, no out of the box learning, too much religious bias

      Perks are good. need to work in rotational 24/7 shifts.

      Cons

      poor work-life balance. Sometimes we use to work 14 hours a day.
