      Pros

      Flexible working time, almost no overtime, everyone goes home 5 - 5:30 pm. Small team so it's easy to get to know everyone. Relax work environment. Work is beautiful.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Two offices with three partners, nothing's going anywhere. Almost all managers left.

      Pros

      Decent health insurance, great 401k, earn more vacation days the longer you stay, great coworkers, fun social events.

      Cons

      Very busy and days can be hectic when meeting a deadline. Occasional overtime is needed.
