      Pros

      I've been on the marketing team for Julian Sanders and I love the job! The benefits are pretty good and it's a friendly environment. There's always someone to speak with if there's any issue.

      Cons

      The job is not hybrid or remote, but if there are snow days or so you can work from home.

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
