      Pros

      Interview process was positive and the pay was good. The company has A LOT of potential and the CEO seems to be a really good guy

      Cons

      I worked in IT and the Management Tree was HORRIBLE. Basically 3 engineers take all the responsibilities and starve everyone else of work. They complain about working long hours but NEVER hand off any work to the rest of the team. Any manager from VP down, does not know how to manage people. DO NOT GO THERE is you are someone with experience. They just want people with minimal knowledge so they can mold to their liking.

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
