unprofessional Hiring process - Anonymous employee Anonymous Employee Review

I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s hiring process. I was contacted for an interview, but after the initial outreach, there was complete lack of professionalism. There was no formal interview scheduling via email—communication was done only through WhatsApp, which itself felt unstructured. After expressing interest and being told about the interview, I received no further updates. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no response—calls were not picked up and messages were ignored. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the organization’s professionalism and respect for candidates’ time. If there are changes or delays, the least expected is proper communication. Overall, extremely unprofessional hiring process. I would not recommend engaging with them.
