Pros
Excellent support by direct management and upper management. Team atmosphere is jovial and also dedicated to doing the best for our clients. Company offers many perks like golf tournament, ping pong & pool table, beverages, team outings, company outings and excellent holiday parties (in office, curling and dinner banquet).
Cons
Some inconsistencies in management style. Some challenges to pull old style thinking out and embrace new processes. We hear a lot of "it is a lot of work, very hard to do, will take a long time. We will think about it and where to put it into the application" .
