Pros

You get engaged with some or other activities to spend your time. You will eagerly start looking for another job if you are little serious about your career or you have family responsibility. You will learn lesson in life.

Cons

You need to have 1-2 Yr bond period with 1,00000/- safety deposit. Most of people don't get deposit amount back. (few people had physical fight with company owner to get their money back. Can't imagine !!!!) Very unprofessional environment. You won't learn any best practices in development activities. No experienced developer with sound knowledge of any technology. You can not expect monthly salary. If you get once in 3-4 month then you are lucky. Even without monthly salary, you don't have any flexibility to take leave if required. If you get late to office (even 10 mins), your salary will be deducted if there is no monthly salary.
