Pros
Amitech means well. Would like to think of themselves as a consultancy, and if able to turn their entire focus on a single effort, can successfully execute and deliver projects. This model however, isn't scalable.
Cons
Single threaded, going to the market for resources every time they have a piece of work enter the pipeline. Lots of drama in the STL office due to this.
