Toxic environment with unresponsive leadership - Anonymous employee AltezzaSys Employee Review

This is by far the most pathetic company I have ever worked for. There is no management, no accountability, and no sense of responsibility. Senior leadership seems completely unresponsive to employee concerns. Employees are neither valued nor respected, making it an extremely frustrating place to work.
