- Below-average pay for the industry. - Hard-working employees get more work pushed on them without any pay raises. - Most of the middle management are under qualified and are more interested in protecting themselves rather than their teams. - Executive leadership is clueless. - Company can't keep up with the industry competition because employees with expertise and experience keep leaving for greener pastures.
