Great technology, poor business prospects - Scientist Alta Devices Employee Review

They were a good company.

They hired overseas engineers to work.

The technology is very interesting. Salaray is ok but not much else. Some free lunch and snacks. Used to be better during early days. Work life balance okay because business was slow. During earlier times, always have 'lunch' meeting everyday.

Organization structure is not clear. Ownership is not clear. Always changing plan and can't decide. There is so much politics for such a small company. Lack of teamwork. People believe senior management just take care of themselves not the working people.
