Complete lack of leadership! Only bosses pointing fingers and no real guidance. You try and provide feedback to your managers and the response you get is "are you saying I'm not doing my job properly" I used to love music and DJing before joining this company! Not anymore unfortunately, as when you see how the leading brand behaves from the inside. They do not care about people or their customers. They only care about profit and high numbers. That is what's always discussed in meetings.
