Cons
Management within Claims, Bankcard, and Assistance / Operations are completely incompetent in their roles as mediators, coaches, and supervisors. This is a direct result of supervisors being hired from outside the company rather than promoting hard-working, company-pillars centric employees from within. Another contributing factor to their inability to fulfill or understand their responsibilities is because they are often trained on-the-spot at the hands of the highly tenured employees that directly answer to the newly hired supervisor. There is very little room for upwards movement, very little coaching opportunities, and there is poor communication on all fronts. The "hybrid" work from home system enables unqualified employees to push their workload onto other more qualified colleagues.
