The leadership, Owners, and the Directors all are great to work with. The communication is wonderful.I’ve been an employee for 3 years in October and this is the best job I’ve had. The pay and benefits are a plus, but working here at Alffco is like working with your family.

There literally are no cons

The only notable “pro” is that the onboarding process is quick, and you gain immediate insight into how the company operates. It becomes very clear, very fast, what kind of work environment you’re walking into—which can be useful for deciding whether it aligns with your values and expectations.

This is, without question, one of the worst places I have ever worked. The company has a disturbing pattern of hiring employees only to fire them shortly after, often without explanation or legitimate cause. There is no sense of job security, no support, and no genuine investment in the people they bring on. The owners openly flaunt how much money they make while simultaneously treating employees as if they are completely replaceable. The environment is unprofessional, demoralizing, and driven by ego rather than leadership. There is zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero respect for the staff who actually keep the business running. If you’re considering working here, think twice. Protect your time, your career, and your mental well-being—there are far better places that value and support their employees. Avoid this company at all costs.
